Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 2102 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, New York.

Had to go here because my car was wrecked. The insurance company screwed me over and I ended up getting stuck with the car for two extra days. A girl named Melanie helped me within minutes, and convinced the insurance company to extend the agreement. She also reduced my out of pocket expenses because I misunderstood the agreement (or probably wasn't explained it fully) but either way she took care of it. I also placed a call to their 800 number on the day it was supposed to be returned, but the girl on the phone was clueless and did not try to help me at all. If not for that, I'd be dropping a 5 on this particular office based fully on how I was treated by Melanie. The guy who gave me the car was very nice and helpfulness as well, but I can't remember his name. Thank you Melanie for all of your help with this situation and for understanding the frame of mind I'm in having had my car wrecked.
